I hope it was bolted together rather than using nails. Maybe they should have used nails in which case the whole of the DOC staff may perish.

Not all that great except the top floor is basically for social gatherings... the top floor is half outside with a kitchen and all that... no offices or anything...

and what is the point of having a set of windows only to have another set of windows less than half a meter further out? :confused:

My guess would be to use the layer of air as insulation for those cold nz summer days :p
