does anyone know what the best free traffic exchange programs are where u have a toolbar and you view each other websites or you view the websites online so u can get traffic to ur website? |

I suggest you avoid gimmicks like that. The top search engines have algorithms that are cunning enough to detect that kinda crap and your site will likely be penalised in their rankings. |

The best traffic exchange, is a link exchange with people you know, to RELATED sites. they tend to work best if you want good search engine rankings |

lance4k - The best traffic exchanges would be StartXchange, I Love Hits, Traffic Roundup, and TS25.
Greg & Dannz - The traffic exchanges he is refering to have nothing to do with search engines. These are websites where you view sites and then in return others view yours. Sorta like swapping business cards with people you meet and later visiting their site. |

I may be wrong. But If I'm right then it's counterproductive to be part of a link exchange. |
