| 527608 | 2007-02-25 04:28:00 | Anyway.....on the subject.....I bought an iron, but it doesn't spray. It steams, but it doesn't spray. Is it possible the spray bit has some sort of cover on it that needs to be removed? I've tried hacking at it with a fork, but all that acheived is a plaster on me hand. Any ideas? |

It's the same one I used to seat the video card in my desktop properly, so it's my "lucky" fork. Though my hand doesn't think so.... |

I have a spray bottle (like an old windowcleaner bottle) filled with water, much easier than filling the tank thingie on the iron thingie :thumbs: |

Went to Briscoes today to buy a spray-bottle, and left with a rubber spatula . Forgot about the bottle . Went to a garden shop a week or so ago to look for the same spray-bottle, and got stuck in a conversation about how to grow lemon trees . Forgot the bottle again . . . . :mad: Some days is just doesn't pay to get out of bed . . . . . |

Maybe you could get a mini ironing board like having breakfast in bed (they call it multi-tasking) But seriously, the bottle works better than filling the iron, I'm not sure about the lemon tree or spatula though. |
