1433948 2017-04-09 09:37:00 I am trying to download the manual and latest drivers etc for a new ASUS UX330UA laptop running W10 Pro, but can't connect to the Global download site.
Have tried with Edge and IE11 on the laptop.
Have also tried Edge, IE11, and Firefox on two other computers here.

I keep getting the following error:
The connection has timed out
The server at dlcdnet.asus.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Weird why I can't do it directly from home?

Can you go to any other site and get whatever without it timing out?

however, this link worked perfectly
