| 1433590 | 2017-03-30 09:23:00 | This icon appeared today, apparently after the latest cumulative update. I can't find any way to hide/remove it. Has anybody else suffered this - and any suggestions as to how to kill it? |

| 1433592 | 2017-03-31 03:46:00 | That normally happens when the networking for some reason gets a little confuddled. It may have shown the older style Network icon, sometimes restarting sorts it, other times it fixes its self when it discovers whats meant to be there, other times you need to do a litle work, been happening ever since homegroup was introduced. Eay to fix :) Just in Case: Just right click your desktop. Select Themes ( this is for W10 - older Windows its personlize) then "Change desktop icons." Click (turn on) the "Network" icon and click "apply" (the homegroup icon will change into a network icon) then UN-tick the network icon and click "apply." The unwanted icon will disappear. |

| 1433593 | 2017-03-31 05:42:00 | As I said, the problem fixed itself about 15 mins after I posted. I posted because I'd never seen that before. Thanks for the tip. | Tony (4941) | ||
