1432440 2017-03-15 03:20:00 I'm dreading the day my Ipod gives up and has to be replaced.
I've yet to find an alternative that has the battery life and storage

You forgot the smiley face

They were doing it before apple stole the show after all.

1432444 2017-03-15 18:31:00 Did you miss the micro SD slot with up to 128Gb expansion then? Show me an apple product that does that. dugimodo (138)

Is that the other model? (the 32gb)
The one you linked to didn't mention any slots, but the 32gb does. I couldn't see what the max size of the micro sd allowed was.

Does having the micro sd in it affect battery life noticeably?

1432446 2017-03-15 22:18:00 Sorry I don't have one. just pointing it out as an option. Can't offer any actual feedback on how good it is. If you click the link again and maybe actually look at the page this time :p you will see the "At a Glance" box near the top says expandable storage and then scroll down until you see the pretty colour picture of someone installing an SD card with the text "up to 128GB additional storage"

So the one I linked does in fact mention slots, twice :p (and again in the feature comparison table) Also the only difference between the models I can see is the base storage amount and some extra accessories. Seems like maybe the 16GB doesn't include headphones - seems weird

Personally I just use my smartphone - even in the car where it automatically pairs to the car via BT and resumes playing music from last time while still sitting in my pocket. Technology ay.
