1434218 2017-04-14 12:05:00 I have a Asus B250m-A motherboard but as you can see from the picture I can't seem to fit my usb 3.1 card into the slot?
Did I buy the wrong card slot?

The motherboard says its a PCIE slot though

I circled the area where the slot and the card to the left. I know the pic is a bit blurry but I think you guys may know after seeing it

If you have a spare PCIe x16 (graphics) slot, you can put it in there instead.

How to tell as the specs Says Expansion Slots
1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 mode, gray)
2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x1

1434222 2017-04-14 19:12:00 One of these, but remember that it will restrict your speed to PCI-E X1, a quarter of the cards capability.
