| 732102 | 2008-12-23 22:52:00 | I have a strange thing happening with Thunderbird. Every so often when I open Tb I find that some of my personal folders no longer show up. The default inbox, unsent, drafts, sent, trash are all there but ones I have added are missing. I am not sure how to retrieve them along with the mail they contain. I have searched the web but haven't really found a solution. I back-up using Mozbackup. Any suggestions? | peterdb (10059) | ||
| 732103 | 2008-12-23 23:09:00 | What folder are they under? Mine are all under 'Local Folders', along with the TB ones. Are yours under another folder? | linw (53) | ||
| 732104 | 2008-12-23 23:23:00 | I used to get this occasionally about a year ago when i had the email stored on a network folder, a reboot normally fixed it Once i moved them local the problem went away. Are yours local? ie C: drive Also once your email gets very large (gigs) you can get annomalies. |
