I found their email support to be good, the one time I used it. Remember though since it's just been christmas they're probably not going to reply straight away |

If they disallowed the transaction. To get the reason for it you have to jump through hoops and call their USA 1800 number.
I had trouble sending money to someone, their support would not give out any reason and I still can't send any $ to that particular person. Support are useless they say they can't do anything just ring the 1800 number.. |

So if you close a paypal account do the pending transactions still proceed? Im meaning the fees that paypal charged me. |

Bit of a update. It turns out you cant use prezzy card - Visa gift card on paypal. They have told me that the fees will be returned to my prezzy card. what have I learned? check before signing up to anything that uses any cad similar to the prezzy card. |
