| 731943 | 2008-12-25 01:46:00 | I've just read thro' this thread and 2 things jumped out at me. First the requested ping was for 203.96.152.4 which is the paradise DNS. however the results were reported for pinging 203.96.154.4 and I can confirm that that fails for me also. The second thing is that the ipconfig report shows the Link-local IPv6 Address as being corrupt, is this corruption or typing error? The question has been asked if the other users get similar web page failures. In my experience the most usual cause of this type of error is the modem going off line intermittantly due to poor signal quality caused by poor wireing but this would effect all users not just one. Have you carefuly watched the modem lights to see if this is the case? Another cause could be unfiltered connections to the telephone system like monitored burgler alarms and or sky TV connections or medic alarms etc typing error, its . fe80::309f:d6dc:2baa:b863%8 |
