731930	2008-12-27 05:43:00	go to add/remove programs - see if Seach Alot is in the program list - may be under a different name as well - uninstall it if it is. Click start/run type in msconfig select startup tab - look for Search Alot - (be care not to untick anything else) if its there untick it - reboot. Also check the IE options , open IE/ Tools or go into control Panel - Internet options - general tab, under search, open the settings, make sure Searchalot is not selected, if it is select any other one present - live search will do if its there, if not, down the bottom left hand corner clcik on the wording " find more providers" select something like google.	wainuitech (129)
731931	2008-12-28 21:31:00	Thanks everyone, I ticked the boxes, ticked Fix checked, uninstalled all the Javas and ran Combofix. Combofix took awhile going through deleting all the spywares, anyhow when I restarted my laptop and clicked on Internet it went!!! Thanks so much.	kfoffice (9242)
