Never trust either ;) Shorty, once I got past the twerp, butter wouldn't melt. Initially though, it was a matter of fighting fire with fire (first shots fired by the other party, not me. The old bluff & bluster intimidation gambit,) and pulling them up on points of law vs T&C and calling them on their bare faced BS. Yep I got stuck in, I got mad, but I kept to the facts. There is also no point negotiating when the other party is not on the same planet let alone sitting around the same table. Anyway, the flies are sure to be back in the morning. :thumbs: |
