Development of the new ChatF1 has reached the point where I am now ready to ask for community feedback - however please read the following before eagerly posting: Which version am I commenting about? There have been four different versions of ChatF1. Please make it clear which of these you are talking about: 1. The original ChatF1 - http://chatf1.net.nz/ 2. The first AJAX proof-of-concept - no longer online (the no-usernames one) 3. The current one - http://chatf1.pcresolutions.co.nz/ 4. The new one (www.pressf1.co.nz) - Will be a surprise, only three PF1ers have seen it Bugfixes for 3. I won't be doing bugfixes for the current version unless they are serious functional ones - at the moment all my effort is going into the new version. Other Stuff Feel free to post any type of comment - feature requests, suggestions, criticisms, complaints, compliments, and anything else I've forgotten to mention. Finally, please comment!!! I can't do a good job on ChatF1 unless I know what people are wanting from it - so here's your chance to have your say. Cheers, Bletch |

Lay off features until such time as it works with all browsers and people can log on and CHAT. This is a Megathread pressf1.pcworld.co.nz I don't think we only have to have a PARTY on Friday night only. Why not login on Monday morning for example and see who is there? Has this new ChatF1 been approved by the powers that be at Fairfax? Please note that this is not a complaint. Just a few ideas for people to consider. |
