| 529785 | 2007-03-04 03:37:00 | No actual 'wrong' as such, but took almost 4 weeks to fill my order - too long. This has only happened once. Their website tells you if an item is in stock or not. If it is in stock, you are allocated the stock, and it arives in a day or two. If it isn't in stock, then sometimes you have to wait weeks. The waiting period is totally out of ascents control, however sometimes they do have an estimated date when stock is due. Note that ascent is not usually the cheapest, but it is low fuss. I usually have 3 different suppliers I use for computer bits, and ascent is one of them. |

In stock usually means that the supplier has the item . Every other on-line dealer showing stock will be pointing at the same items . Ascent are pretty good at forwarding the order on so you have a better chance of getting the item than some dealers that only place one order at the end of each day . |

| 529789 | 2007-03-04 04:47:00 | If one says that Ascent can absolutely do no wrong and is 100% perfect, that would just be ignorant and fanboyish of them. I've only heard of two complaints about Ascent though. |
