It is, methinks, how much is used..... And, of course, how much is left over.

19,404 files in 2,311 folders and all in the E: drive.

Average files per folder equals 19,404 divided by 2,311 which of course equals 8.396365 files per folder.

Being E: drive I guess this is a huge network drive for a university with 2,311 students less admin overhead.

I have 13,294 files and 869 folders in my C:\Windows.

Willing to bet that this system is not owned by PCTEK but then, neither did she say so.
