| 732490 | 2008-12-26 22:35:00 | Just got a Viewsonic VX2240W (www.viewsonic.com)its fine - Had to tweak the colors a bit to my liking, originally on default settings it was a bit bright. Doesn't have speakers as they are a waste of time usually, to tinny. Only problem I had was getting used to the extra real estate - old One was a 17" 4:3. Regarding the Pixels - View Sonics have 3 year replacement warranty. I have a customers whose LCD developed a bright pixel, 2.5 years after purchasing - rang my supplier - couple of days later a replacement monitor arrived. |

| 732493 | 2008-12-26 23:33:00 | Thanks for your help guys :thanks I decided to e-mail ascent, to find out exactly what it meant. I then went to the playtech website and under there warranty it stated "3yr On-Site Pickup, Perfect Pixel Policy (zero bright pixel policy)". Has anyone purchased anything from playtech? Are they a reputable dealer? Has anyone had any problems with them? There warranty seems better than ascents. |
