| 529801 | 2007-03-07 08:50:00 | As an IT re-supplier/PC maker I have placed over 200 orders with them (Ascent Technology) for about 1000 items in total and I have NEVER had a problem with them that hasn't been rectified ASAP. Any problems I have experienced were more to do with product availability then their customer service & support which is absolutely first-rate. I couldn't reccommend these guys heartily enough - they are excellent to deal with. Cheers Paul (C. Ali) |

| 529802 | 2007-03-08 11:50:00 | They said they sent parts out most turned up in a few days, CPU and DVD were not received up to a week(7days) later, they said the courier sent them to the wrong place and couldn't remember where. They took a further 3 days to resend out a replacement CPU. I now have the CPU and still waiting on the DVD they said I would get on the 6th. I probably wont shop with this mickey mouse outfit again. 1 order with all the parts to make a computer, 6 or 7 couriers and still maybe one more if the DVD ever turns up. *** #$#%##:groan: *** = w t f |

| 529803 | 2007-03-09 05:16:00 | That was a bit rough Rob. :( I haven't been too impressed with their couriers a few times. Ascent promise next day delivery if ordered prior to 2pm and a couple of times last year I received goods two days later rather than next day. I don't believe it was Ascent's fault as I received notification that the items had been dispatched the morning I ordered them. The same couriers had been slow with delivering items from other companies as well so I was inclined to point the finger at them. |
