| 732648 | 2008-12-26 22:14:00 | Sounds a bit like a lose / intermittent connection someplace. With it plugged in, try gently wriggling the connection from the lead where it plugs into the Drive - I have a external drive thats a little like that also, its a lose USB connection Mini plug (small plug) not the standard A heres the Difference (www.imagef1.net.nz) If thats Ok try a different USB port on the PC. If its faulty take it back - even better if you can show its disconnecting - some shop assistants don't believe customers. |
