i have got my expanded use enrollment number,but there is no where to type it in. paypal help's page said to login to your paypal account and click on the expanded use thing and type in the number. i do not have the expanded use thingy there, and there is no where to type a number in. also i cannot ADD my credit card into paypal to send money. my account still says unverified. |

you dont need to get the expanded use enrolement to send money with a credit card |

there is some limits to send and receive with a personal paypal account. |
