I know, i don't base my purchases on that kind of thinking. Life is too short to be an OS fanboy. (or graphics card, or chip manufacturer..). MS polices over the years have bugged me, right back to crushing those noble freedom fighters at Digital research (DR-DOS). :nerd: But i gave linux a good 'ol try as an exclusive-use OS and it just wasn't right for me at the time. Why? Tempted to use the phrase 'life's too short' again but that might bring out the worst in some.. :) |

When I was at design school back on 2000 they actually had a G4 tower stolen from the 8th floor of the school buy some body walking out of the elevator and picking it up ( Mac towers have built in handles) and walking back into the elevator and out of the building. No body asked the person what they were doing. |
