| 733910 | 2009-01-01 05:02:00 | Open a create mail in windows mail and address's are showing back to front.Wendy is at top instead of Alec. In O/E if you went into phone book you could alter it there,in this case if I open contacts it shows right way round, and no facility to alter that I could see.! Any clues out there? |

| 733911 | 2009-01-01 06:22:00 | 1.Open Contacts 2.Click on the down arrow beside Views, and select Details. 3.Do you see columns in the right pane? 4.Do you see Name E-mail Address Business Phone, etc.? Right Click on one of the column headings (such as Name or E-mail Address) This will show you the field names in the view you see. If you click "More" at the bottom of the list, it will show you a list of all the fields that can be shown in the view. Click on a field name to check or uncheck it.You can move them to arrange them anyway you want but the column marked name can't be deleted- which shows up with the .contact at the end) You can select the column you want, such as First Name. Clicking that column will rearrange the display to sort by that column. Clicking that same column again will re-sort the other way. |

Just be clear on my problem PC, If I click on create mail,I get the mail box(if that is right name)In the box are the options when sending mail to click on to or cc or if I click on either of those is the bcc option,it is in that that I have the names back to front. Have I not understood you? |

| 733914 | 2009-01-02 08:07:00 | Hi C. If I read yoiu right, the list which appears in the "To" drop down list is showing Z first instead of A. If that is so, at the top of the list is a heading something like "Name". Left click on that Name and the whole list will reverese in order. Hope that's what you want. Regards and happy new year. |

The Windows Live Mail version numbering starts at 12 because this application is an advancement of Outlook Express/Windows Mail, not an entirely new application. Windows Live Mail is developed by the same team that wrote Windows Mail. |
