| 534155 | 2007-03-19 00:20:00 | I get an enormous lag with this site. Why? Others aren't like this. Can't even tell you what it is as when I ping www.pressf1.co.nz it times out. Weird as I got here. Actually pinging 210.48.11.45 times out too. Ping for Google is: Average 250ms |

I would imagine the site is unusable for dial-ups, Still, Its all about money at the end of the day. yeah - unfortunately pressf1 is incredibly slow to load and even times out on dial up - we have 3 friends that are on dial-up (they physically cant get woosh or BB so they have to have dial-up) and they browse pressF1 every now and then - but they have almost stopped that because it takes so long for it to load ( we have 3.5mb BB here at work and it still lags and takes a fair bit to load too) |

| 534163 | 2007-03-19 04:29:00 | mine always sits there for AGES "waiting for ad . doubleclick . net" but otherwise its fine :2cents: I added ad . doubleclick . net to my restricted or blocked sites in my host files area, and don't get the lag . I also don't see too many problems except when Upsidedown Land forgets to feed the rat on the wheel . Really . . the load times have been very fast of late for me . |
