Regards Digby Well, with unbundling they now have no incentive to invest. Instead of just telecom investing in it, all the providers who take avantage of the unbundled network will need to invest in it. eg Vodafone/ihug will need to invest those promised 10s of millions. Really the government should also be investing in it, or an althernative cable network. Relying on private companies to provide a public infrastructure is never a good idea, and often the government have to bail them out. eg The railway, air nz, power. |
