| 735233 | 2009-01-05 18:46:00 | I'm afraid I've stuffed my system, :badpc:again. I'm trying to do a system restore but I get the following message. " System Restore is not able to protect your system. Please restart and then run System restore again. Well I did that, same. I rebooted in safe mode, same. Went to Security Cenre and when I click on the icons I get a message that ICS service is not running do you want to do want to start it. Yes. Then says Windows can not start the ICS service. Please help as I only reloaded Windows (Format recove) over the weekend? Thanks, Ian. | ianhnz (4263) | ||
| 735234 | 2009-01-05 20:04:00 | What are you trying to do? Why do you need ICS? System Restore just reloads system files from the last restore point - if you have done a fresh install there won't be any yet. Did you use Recovery CDs or did you do a manual install of WIndows? |

| 735237 | 2009-01-05 22:21:00 | My printer has gone. So I tried to reinstall and it doesnt fine it, so won't install it. I think I might to reinstall windows, unless someone else has a better idea.
