| 535309 | 2007-03-23 21:45:00 | Thanks for posting this, Trev. A nice balance to what was on the TV news. other witnesses have told the Herald the youth hit a man with a metal bar several times before police arrived on the scene ... "When the policeman got there he began lashing out, punching and kicking the officer and being an absolute menace," ... "I was absolutely disgusted to hear he was being made out to be an innocent who was trying to help." |

| 535313 | 2007-03-24 02:41:00 | How do you know whatever you believe is true, is in fact true? No I wasn't there, but I know someone who was and he made a pretty clear statement about the police's violence against a helpless person. Stick with your fantasies and I'll stick with mine - but try not to let the NZ police yobbish actions cloud your reason, or lack thereof. |

Maybe you missed this: "When the policeman got there he began lashing out, punching and kicking the officer and being an absolute menace," . Lets put you as a policeman and see how fast you would use a taser. I sure would have done so. |

Anyway - if you insist on having the last word, simply say so instead of bringing up your ignorance about how the police in this country are such charming angels as you seem to be suggesting. |

Lets put you as a policeman and see how fast you would use a taser. I sure would have done so.Four trained policeman can't restrain a teenager, helpless down on the ground, without tasering him? What kind of pathetic wimp do you think I am? You sure would have done so? Coward and bully is what best describes you and their ilk. |
