534396 2007-03-20 03:02:00 Unbelievable, - they can't even fool all the Aussies ! :horrified
how could that happen, MS tries to copy features and screws up horribly.
If they could just wake up their ideas and accept that the formidable skills they have are in marketing and distribution. (They could take MS DOS 6, chuck the budget they put into Vista promotion at it, and the world would largely believe it to have replaced sliced bread. For a week or two anyway.)

Unfortunately stability and security, never mind usability, are where they frequently crash and burn. Still, those things only affect users, so who cares? If you assume that every complaint represents a sale, they surely must have sold a lot. THAT is what counts.
;)

(BTW, is a "tested once briefly" copy of Vista able to be traded in on anything better than used chewing gum? )

Hmm, Web site for gum? Used gum, when fresh and sat on, tends at first sight to look like a web when the sitter arises. (If the webbed one is a Latina, sound effects will accompany the fireworks.) Please don't ask how I know this. It was embarrassing enough at the time. Hope this helps.
