535132 2007-03-23 06:22:00 Seriously, you can't possibly tell what the circumstances are from a blurry cellphone video. Did he have/or look like he had a weapon? Did the police feel threatened? Had he just committed a crime 10 minutes earlier? Was he a known trouble maker? Was he resisting arrest? The and co is starting to run into quite a list with the two cops planting evidence in the Auther Allen Thomas case being the start for me. The video of the cops pepper sraying a man already handcuffed and on the ground didn't go down too well with me either.
In saying that there is always 5 percent of any section of society that stuffs it up for the rest.
