Had he just committed a crime 10 minutes earlier? Was he a known trouble maker? Was he resisting arrest? Trevor :) The and co is starting to run into quite a list with the two cops planting evidence in the Auther Allen Thomas case being the start for me. The video of the cops pepper sraying a man already handcuffed and on the ground didn't go down too well with me either. In saying that there is always 5 percent of any section of society that stuffs it up for the rest. |
