what do you mean about the run nav on a regualar page. it isnt in a iframe, i want the links to display in the iframe 		hueybot3000 (3646)

im not sure what you were showing me on your site, i cant see any _parent, you have only targetted blanks for external links 		hueybot3000 (3646)
