735255	2009-01-05 21:14:00	How powerful is your PC? Do you have USB 2.0 on your PC? Is the external HDD very nearly full? Are you trying to run programs off the drive? Have you tried running chkdsk /r on the drive and defragging it? Have you run a manufacturers diagnostic to make sure there are no bad clusters on the drive?
