| 735040 | 2009-01-04 18:18:00 | I use a vpn when travelling for sensitive material and subscribe to Hotspotvpn . Mysteriously, I can no longer connect to their server, and no settings have been changed that I know of . When Vista tries to "Identify the problem" it replies that it cannot communicate with 208 . 53 . 153 . 9: network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response . Is it possible to determine where the problem lies, in particular if a local ISP is deliberately blocking this site? I am awaiting an email response from Hotspot too . Many thanks, DrMD |
