| 735693 | 2009-01-07 04:23:00 | An HP desktop system. When the PC is turned on, the display lights on the screen light up. Just as the PC starts the POST routine the screen turns off. I have tried a second screen, same thing. Does this sound like a graphics card problem or simply a dud battery? |

If that doesn't work try DEL Key. Does the PC have onboard Graphics or a dedicated Card ? |

| 735697 | 2009-01-07 05:18:00 | I will be getting the PC on Friday so I will check if it has an intergrated or add on card. However, we don't even get a thing on the screen when we turn the PC on, the screen just turns off before even the POST messages start. Might be a job for an expert tech. |
