536566 2007-03-28 23:55:00 If you have an Xnet or Yahoo.co.nz email address set up as your addy with PressF1 to receive thread notifications, you might want to use a different address (like Gmail).

Xnet and Yahoo are bouncing the thread notifications (and other system generated emails from PressF1). I assume they've been tagged as spam.

536567 2007-03-29 00:48:00 Perhaps the Xnet customers should complain to Xnet, after all xnet does tend to get a lot of recommendations from Pressf1 users Morgenmuffel (187)
536568 2007-03-29 00:54:00 I've email Xnet about it, but it would probably be better coming from a customer. Biggles (121)

Edit: emailed a message to them.

Just wondering if you could forward one of these bounces, I'm not aware of any block we have in place .

Via PM or to service @ wxc . co . nz .

Thanks

536571 2007-03-29 03:47:00 Found the email in the help queue, I'll get the Operations team to investigate.

There should be no reason for any email from F1 to be bounced. It appears there may be some type of connection problem between the 2 SMTP servers.

Router: Failed to connect to SMTP host XNET.CO.NZ because : Remote system no longer responding

Which host are you using to send mail?

The plot thickens . I've tested mail to and from Iconz and received it without a problem . There is no reason for an Xnet user not to be receiving mail from F1, however I've replicated the issue with my xnet email address .

Do you actually receive a mail bounce with an intact header which could be viewed?
