536160 2007-03-27 20:55:00 The first post from that discussion:
"trying to convert existing HTML page into a CSS layout "

What is CSS and does it replace HTML ?

536161 2007-03-27 21:02:00 What is CSS and does it replace HTML ?Cascading Style Sheets... You could read into in more depth at Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org), but to me it's like a customisable template for multiple webpages in a website.

No, it doesn't replace HTML - basicaly it's used within it.

536163 2007-03-28 00:24:00 After the complex display of english, they switch to spanish. I could make more sense of their spanish than their english!

And then they fall into a discussion about the universe or something...

So I was sitting, having finished one of those frustrating days dealing with IE, staring at the screen , when that screen saver popped into life, and looking into that dark black void I couldn't help but to wonder whether if indeed a stars mass velocity did not fall off with radius in a galaxy as fast as the luminous mass as dictated by Newtonian law. So clearly stars towards the outer edge were rotating far too fast to be balanced by any gravitational forces contained within that luminous mass, thus the case for 'Dark Matter' had to be a very compelling one. With this in mind I further conjectured to myself whether in fact the Supersymmetric model was in fact a fairly likely candidate for an satisfactory representation of the fundamental structure of 'Dark Matter' since neutralinos are fermionic partners of the neutral gauge bosons and the Higgs field They would have high mass, yet interact very weakly, and those two qualities make them a good candidate for dark matter. On the other hand I also couldn't help but then consider the metaphysical conundrum that is the synergetic universe, ho hum.

My brain hurts.

No wonder the original poster never came back.

Actually, we have had threads similar to that on here in the past. Maybe not as "intellectual" but very weird nevertheless. I seem to remember that Bruce and Metla were the key ingredients to their "success", surprise surprise. :p :D
