| 536576 | 2007-03-30 02:21:00 | There also have been problems from another forum that the website http://www.nikon-asia.com does not work but work with other isp I think xnet need to check that problem as well |

| 536578 | 2007-03-30 03:12:00 | The plot thickens. I've tested mail to and from Iconz and received it without a problem. There is no reason for an Xnet user not to be receiving mail from F1, however I've replicated the issue with my xnet email address. Do you actually receive a mail bounce with an intact header which could be viewed? Emailed you a text file with extracted header info. |

| 536579 | 2007-03-30 03:17:00 | The fact that it has just started happening (past week or so) and that at least 3 servers are having the error now (I got bounces from Slingshot this morning) seems to me to point to it being an issue here, not at Xnet. There haven't been any config changes with the F1 server in that time frame, but we're still having issues with our net connection here which the ICONZ folks are coming in to check out. | Biggles (121) | ||
| 536580 | 2007-03-30 03:24:00 | There also have been problems from another forum that the website http://www . nikon-asia . com does not work but work with other isp I think xnet need to check that problem as well Forwarded this to Operations to investigate, it appears we are not resolving DNS for this site . Most likely due to an issue with the host . We'll try and put a workaround in place while we contact them . |

| 536581 | 2007-03-30 04:01:00 | Our mail will be coming via Iconz When you say the mail is coming 'via ICONZ', what exactly do you mean? Is it relaying through our mail server? We've done some testing from mail.iconz.co.nz to xnet.co.nz addresses, and all seems to be fine. Are you able to be more specific how the mail is going out? |

Sorry, you going to have to talk to James Mcnickel, our I.T. manager, I'm just the messenger in the middle here and it isn't the most efficient way - james_micnickel@fairfaxbm.co.nz |

I've dealt with James before, but didn't realise he looked after this side of things too. I'll flick him an e-mail. |
