| 736707 | 2009-01-09 09:01:00 | Hi Guys, Dse router xh9950 running winXP Brilliantly I reset the default pw and username... Less brilliantly, I then mislaid them... I have searched here and net. Is there a reset that can get me back to user/password or some way of retrieving the new ones. Thanks for any help cheers Pete |

| 736709 | 2009-01-09 09:07:00 | Do a factory rest via the small reset hole. You will then be able to use the default username and password to access the configuration. You will need to retype your ISP broadband username and password into the router configuration again to be able to connect. |
