736669 2009-01-09 08:41:00 I'm looking for a couple of good websites where I can buy Computer parts, eg. Motherboards, RAM, etc. :2cents:

I'm looking to either upgrade, or completely replace (with custom built), my PC.

:thanksWould be really great to hear your opinions on websites!

736670 2009-01-09 08:45:00 Also would be great if you could give some advice as to where to buy XP (with no hardware bought, that is). I haven't a clue what OEM stands for, but apparently you need to buy hardware to. Is this true?:help: raydan42 (13837)

free shipping, although they only seem to stock highquality-high end hardware.

736674 2009-01-09 10:13:00 I have been useing http://ascent.co.nz since 2004. Very reliable, no problems with warrantys, don't charge freight. Depending on where you live next day delivery in main centres. Highly recommended.

736675 2009-01-09 20:42:00 Which ever website you choose, it's a good idea to check:

But that tells you nothing about their after sales service.

Stick with the reputable places already mentioned.
