| 538363 | 2007-04-05 08:20:00 | Of all the places I emailed, MPs, complaintes, ombudsman etc the ombudsman bothered to reply. ACC cannot refuse someone because the employer didn't pay and she is taking up my friends case and getting it sorted. Yay for the ombudman. Or woman. |

This is something that I was thinking of doing a while back, but in the end I gave up. ACC and also the Health Board (district not named deliberately) and the Police (yes the Clint Rickard type complaint with a friend of mine) were involved but in the end we just decided to let it all go as the Health Board closed ranks and ACC in a separate incident also didn't want to play ball. With the pigs it was all her word against them and we knew who would win. @#$%^&*&^%$#@!uck them all. The well ordered society where you can get justice and in the end the truth will come out is a happy illusion perpetuated by the accursed State. |

| 538367 | 2007-04-06 03:21:00 | The ombudsman (woman) is not part of ACC. ACC has its own complaints dept which ignored me, surprise, surprise, but this woman has been very helpful and is taking up his case. I'd recommend it. |
