537998 2007-04-03 03:14:00 Hey.

Im after some ideas for team building . Im in Hamilton and want to do something different, non expensive, due to some members being students. Any ideas. Im a Netball coach so nothing that will leave my girls unable to play.

538000 2007-04-03 05:01:00 Ehehee... hmmm. *cough*

Netball... sport. Why not try getting them playing other team sport together? I have seen some sports teams do that. My brother had a basketball game against the local rugby team. So they rugby team was doing team building and exercise all in one.

Plus I think netballers could learn a few things from basketball. Some of my basketball team also plays netball with me, and I see a few things from basketball being used in netball quite efficiently. Pity we're still pretty hopeless at netball though.

538002 2007-04-03 06:05:00 A cooking class!

Group is broken up into teams which get assigned to "starters", "mains" and "dessert". They get to choose what to make and everyone eats it at the end!

538007 2007-04-07 20:21:00 Our boss made us do an 'amazing race' around hamilton.

It was quite good, like you had to take a camera to provide the evidence you did something, its a good way to see around the place and is free.
