| 537044 | 2007-03-30 11:05:00 | Righto, Been ages since I posted one of these, Only had one game installed for the last 8 or so months. After seeing Company of Hero's in action the other day and with a new PC about to be built (which begs the question...Why?, My current PC runs everything on max settings....hmmmm) anyway I was so impressed that I popped into the Warehouse tonight to buy it, At the end of the display shelf was a sign stating that Command and Conquer 3 would be available on the 7th of April, Cool thought I as I moved the copy of C&C 3 out of the way so I could grab Company of Hero's. Wait a god damn minute, The damn game was on the shelf, CoH will have to wait a couple of weeks. (and while I am here, $100 is just too damn expensive for a game, Price must be the single biggest instigator of piracy, after seeing the price of the game I seriously considered just going home and downloading it. 100 freakin dollars, I have a family to feed for gods sake. I have bought 1 other game in the last year and that was $64. Lower the god damn price and you will perhaps make some money, Idiots. Bet they pay consultants obscene amounts of money in order to over price their gear, Kill sales, and promote piracy. Hell, I wonder if this pos has installed starforce, Lets hope not. Where was I. Right, C&C 3, Great game, Old school seat of the pants gameplay, Doesn't look as drop dead fancy as other games (Company of hero's was stunning visually) but it has some nice lighting effects and animation. The important part is the gameplay. I was going to say much more about the game, But Im so gutted after getting on a roll about the price and piracy that Im just pissed off. Anyway, Go read a review seeing as my write up sucks, The entire Internet loves the game. :illogical:angry:groan: |

I wouldn't compare piracy to rolling grannies... many of them are people who have just acted on your feeling of anger. $100 (or more often) is too much for games in this day and age. COH is a great game, I got mine cheap. I can get you an original, new and NOT pirated for $50 if you like, PM me anyone who wants a copy, and it SHOULD be everyone. It's one of the best games I have ever played, especially multiplayer. P.S be careful buying it from the Wharehouse, before I bought my copy I was looking at it there and reading the manual, and someone had ripped the serial out! |

| 537049 | 2007-03-30 21:31:00 | My problem is that I'm not a thieving pos? I buy quite a few here: www.zest.co.th Not everything is available, well in the English version anyway, but the last one I got was $41 including postage of $12. They are not copies, its the real thing. And on occasion due to impataince I have bought from Gameplanet. |

| 537051 | 2007-03-30 23:08:00 | Hey, I just get mine when my friends go overseas to places like the USA and UK where you can just pick one up from Wal-Mart or Best Buy for example. Where does rolling grannies come into the equation? |

Why go as far as the dairy, it is a km down the road. Cross the road & you will find a sweet lovable pair, Nanna & Poppa. But beware, Nanna is a little terror when upset & threatened. Where does rolling grannies come into the equation? Rolling Granies is thought to be easy money for no-hopin dead beats. How many oldies have you seen on the TV news murdered or knocked about? All for just a few dollars. I would love to see "Eye For An Eye" justice for theses Goons. (Sorry, wrong word really. The Goons gave me a lot of pleasure) PJ :angry |
