| 737675 | 2009-01-12 03:25:00 | I have a problem with my desktop icons disappearing when my computer starts up. I bring them back up by right clicking the desktop, clicking on view, then putting a tick in the “show desktop icons”. Next time I reboot they are gone and the tick is still in the box “show desktop icons’’ have to un-tick the box and then re-tick it to get the icons again. Can anybody help? | kinloch (14004) | ||
| 737676 | 2009-01-12 03:52:00 | Sounds like something is crashing. Look in event viewer (start/run, type eventvwr). If its XP Look on the left under App, and system, look for any X's or !'s see what it says, at about the time it does it Tell us, what it says Have you scanned for malware? |
