Interesting to know that. However, the teams constantly sell and buy drivers from other teams, and that means they have to keep on changing the banners?LOL!!! interesting wording there!! :p the teams don't buy or sell drivers :p, they have contracts for a set number of years determind by them and the team and when the contract is almost up, they either renew the contract or sign up with another team if they are approached by the team. it is basically the same as jobs... well in reality, they are just jobs... once the contract is up, either renew, look else where, or get head-hunted by another team, they usually stay for a few years anyway...
F1 is a multi billion $ industry... don't you think a few $1000 sign is going to make THAT much of a difference? :p |
