| 738454 | 2009-01-15 02:20:00 | Installed FF 3.0.3. from disc. Still too large. Went to Mozilla support and found my problem in the COMMUNITY SUPPORT section. Followed the instructions and everything now fine. Incidently whilst all this was happening an update 3.0.5 got installed. | gradebdan (2186) | ||

| 738456 | 2009-01-15 05:27:00 | In the location, address bar type ...about:config.....then enter....when the "be careful" comes up click on it...in FILTER type.....layout.css.dpi.If it shows then double click to edit, enter...96.....if not shown right click in the grid,select NEW then INTERGER. In the ENTER THE PREF. type...layout.css.dpi....OK...Enter 96 ok...go to FF FILE and exit. This worked well for me. Now on FF3.0.5.,....I found all this in the FF support forum by entering "FIRE FOX TOO LARGE"...Hope this helps. |
