| 738701 | 2009-01-14 11:31:00 | I just got one of these and want to play with it.. unfortunately I can't get drivers from anywhere... Driverguide has 2 entries: one is an UNINSTALLER for the drivers (congratulations to the idiot who uploaded that :badpc: ) and the other is just a link to Nokia's website and of course a page which probably hasn't existed for the last 6 years.. probably from the same moron... Web Archive can download the files from archived copies of Nokia's site but they are corrupted (tried repairing with Winrar which usually works but this time it didn't - even downloaded all copies too) Only other place seemed to be from http://www.nzdsl.co.nz/ which appears to have gone completely off the planet and into advertisement happy-land :groan: Did someone on here manage to get a copy before all the sources on the internet went offline and could email them to me? |

I think you should read this: en.wikipedia.org Although I do think I'm justified in saying that someone who uploads an uninstaller to driverguide and calls it a driver for a device does not know what they are doing. Unless they did it on purpose to annoy people, although that would be really idiotic. Ok, so that's not as rude as what I said originally, but I was rather frustrated by that point. But unless it was you who uploaded the "driver" then I don't see how you have any reason to complain. And I don't need to do an IQ test on the people on driverguide since it already has one built-in: the comments page. |
