540927 2007-04-14 06:02:00 I think you should probably take it to telecom rather than clear. Other than that, I can't help, sorry. Faded_Mantis (79)

A long time ago when clear wasn't around and you were with telecom..Maybe a bill got lost in the system and has been lost until now...and because it was so long ago and your account was closed they wrote it off..................Could be wrong..................give 123 a call.

540929 2007-04-14 06:28:00 Keep your eyes on Telecom. I put my cellphone on roaming before a recent trip over the ditch to see daughter.

On checking my account last week, I saw a charge for .19c for voicemail. Now, I have never had voicemail on any of my phones as I think it is an abomination, so rang Telecom and explained that Mrs kenj says I am a miserable old f... but I was overcharged. The nice young man agreed with Mrs kenj and we all had a little chuckle about it till I told him that if they overcharge 2,000,000 customers a month by .19c, that was $380,000.

'Nuff said, said he, and immediately credited me with .19c.... what will I do with this large amount of money????

540930 2007-04-14 06:36:00 Could be some service you had with them on a monthly basis..... don't forget that they charge even their most valued customers about $4 a month for handsets - even if, as happened with my neighbour, the handset is out of use and stored in the garage having been replaced with a fancy one from DSE or somesuch. Only if you rent your phone from them, and you have a rental agreement. Why didn't your neighbour return the phone and cancel the rental agreement?
