No. If the person already had an avatar it could be replaced by a plain, boring PF1 version used specifically for naughty people. It means they still have an avatar of sorts but it takes away their freedom of choice. Avatarless people can then remain avatarless without being branded naughty. :p	FoxyMX (5)
