740210 2009-01-19 04:34:00 I've had some major issues with PunkBuster lately on COD4,I uninstalled them through add/remove problems but the cd still came up with uninstall,so i searched pc for COD4 etc and deleted evrything, then ran ccleaner.
It still came up with uninstall option only.
In the end i searched the Registry and deleted anything there,it was a mission but it worked.I'm sure there's an easier way,can you help? I am major noob. cheers.

740213 2009-01-19 07:26:00 I've been using Revo seems good! PPp (9511)
740214 2009-01-19 07:55:00 Is the Windows one not good? sk69ersnz (13476)
740215 2009-01-20 03:26:00 Revo picks up registry entries, files and folders left over from a Windows uninstall. It gives you different levels of deletion, but depends on some technical knowledge for selection of deletable items, at more advanced levels. PPp (9511)
740216 2009-01-20 04:20:00 I just don't want to touch the registry,so i might give this Revo a crack.
cheers P

740217 2009-01-20 04:30:00 Netguide did a write-up about this in their last mag (www.glaryutilities.com)

They say its one of the best / free reg utils around

Its a reg cleaner / shortcuts fixer, startup manager, gets rid of browser stuff, spyware remover, cleans temp files, file shredder, file undelete / decrypter / encrypter etc

And uninstall manager I think
