Personaly I reckon that the reason is that they still want to sell their systems at a minimal price, and want to avoid the extra costs of memory and graphics involved with running the dog. |

Dell has dropped of the pace and no one wants Vista so they may as well revert to selling XP to help lift their sales since HP are taking market share off them. |
