| 740182 | 2009-01-19 07:10:00 | VMware even gives you the software to convert your VM. As you desktop file dropping and seamless windows, I dont know if that is such bad thing. To me that's a security issue that has no place in a professional application, apart from which file transfer it can be setup properly anyway. You could try Mokafive, thats more the portable multi-vm virtualisation application. Can you elaborate on the security issue? |

| 740183 | 2009-01-19 19:23:00 | Somebody, well the way I think of it is, the Virtualisation application is a means to create exact servers as they will be if running on physical hardware. Remember with VMware, the host can be access from other pc with the console software. I am sure you understand why you cant have drag and drop on an enterprise server from any PC. VirtualPC and VirtualBox are not enterprise applications for that reason. |
