Script: C:\JohnSurname\appdata\temp\CCAVinstaller.UBS Line: 3 Char: 1 Error: The system cannot find the file specified. Code: 80070002 Source: (nil) How do I stop this Please. I assume the CCAV is either CCleaner or Avast. PJ |

It may have been malware that was removed, but the registry entry still points to where it was have a look here , but DONT click any of the links or download their software www.exterminate-it.com is it .ubs or .vbs ?? run msconfig & see if its in the startup items, also look in ctrl panel,administrative tools, scheduled tasks |

| 1434467 | 2017-04-24 05:53:00 | as a last resort run regedit do a search for that filename , see where it finds it in the registry be very carefull with registry :) or better yet download autoruns technet.microsoft.com try & find it with autoruns (its reasonably safe if you're careful) |
