Clocks go back one hour when 3.00am becomes 2.00am.

Looks like I get an extra hour of sleep after the Government stole an hour off me when daylight saving began on 25 September 2016.

1433635 2017-04-01 19:33:00 yay!!! I hate daylight "saving".

There are so many people it doesn't help. So a very few can knock of at 5 instead of 6 and go surf...In theory.

1433636 2017-04-01 20:40:00 I like it myself, it's just approximating what would happen naturally if we didn't have clocks and got up based on when the sun rose.
I don't surf either, but I still enjoy the extra light after work. Can come home and mow the lawns so I have more of my weekend free for example.

Technology has fixed my occasional problem changing the clocks too, my devices all change themselves.

Plus there is the risk of heart attack

My dairy farmer friend in the Waikato says it only takes one day for the cows to be used to the new time so no real worry.
